The LAB has closed — but the heart of it lives on.
This is one of the hardest messages we’ve ever had to share. After a long and painful legal dispute with the landlord of our most recent space, the court’s ruling left us with no choice but to close The LAB - New Rochelle. We fought with integrity, clarity, and everything we had, but the outcome wasn’t in our favor.

For more than twenty years, The LAB wasn’t just a studio — it was a home. A place where New Rochelle’s artists found their voice, where young talent grew into confidence, where late‑night sessions turned into lifelong memories. Every beat, every verse, every breakthrough moment was part of a community we were honored to serve.

While our physical doors are closed, our work isn’t over.
The same ears, the same care, the same commitment to quality are still here. We’re continuing to offer professional mixing and mastering services virtually, so artists can keep creating with the sound they trust.
